1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Shipasaan account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to represent your business.
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You have authority to create an account on behalf of your company, if applicable.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Immediately notifying Shipasaan if your account is compromised.

Do not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Shipasaan for unlawful activities.
• Upload false shipment information.
• Attempt to access accounts belonging to others.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service.

5. Shipment Data

You acknowledge that:

• Shipment information is provided by you or connected courier partners.
• Shipasaan displays and processes this information but does not guarantee its accuracy.
• You remain responsible for verifying shipment details before acting upon them.

6. Integrations

If you connect courier APIs or third-party services:

• You authorize Shipasaan to access the necessary data.
• You confirm you have permission to use those accounts.
• Shipasaan is not responsible for outages or errors caused by third-party providers.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party failures may temporarily affect access.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Shipasaan platform, including its software, source code, APIs, databases, user interface, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related content, are owned by Shipasaan (Private) Limited or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, Shipasaan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Your use of Shipasaan does not transfer any ownership rights in the platform or its intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Your personal and business information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraud.
• Abuse the platform.
• Create security risks.

11. Limitation of Liability

Shipasaan is provided “as is.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipasaan is not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Shipment delays
• Courier errors
• Data inaccuracies from third parties
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the services during the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Shipasaan against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Shipasaan after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
